Jennifer's practice is focused on estate planning, trust administration, wills and probate. Her main goal with any estate plan is to avoid the expense of probate court. Jennifer also works with families who are facing a nursing home stay for a spouse or parent and assists with navigating the world of Medicaid. When necessary, Jennifer will assist a family to obtain guardianship in the probate court. Jennifer also has helped several clients start their business and advises them on the necessary documentation for a successful startup.

Jennifer is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Toledo Bar Association, currently serving on the Toledo Bar Association's nominating committee. She has also been involved with the Sylvania Senior Center providing complimentary estate plan reviews to members of the senior community.

Jennifer has been practicing law for 33 years. She is a graduate of the University of Toledo Law School and attended Ohio State University for her undergraduate degree.
